Came home from a business trip to find the AC wasn't kicking on. Made a phone call after hours and they fit me in mid morning the following day. Charles the technician identified the issue, explained our options and got us back up and running quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and a pleasure to work with. 2 hours worth of work to replace a corroded pipe as preventative maintenance. The charge was over $500 that included a $90 trip charge and we live 2.5 miles away. Technician and apprentice were professional and did their job but it was a simple job. Turned out. After they left, we realized they mixed up the hot and cold valves so we were without hot water for 24 hours. Finally figured out how to correct it ourselves. Way, way overpriced.
