        It's been a month since closing and Jim refuses to return any phone calls. He promised additional documents at the closing and has avoided all contact. Nice guy in person BUT as soon as the check is in hand nothing else matters. Come through on your promises and I'll be glad to change my POV. To anyone looking for an agent- seek elsewhere for people that deliver on their promises.
