Rutter replaced our roof, windows, and siding. They were easy to work with from initial office contact, estimates, proposal updating, and all phases of construction. They provided a variety of quality material choices. The window and siding team, with crew leader Milton working with project manager Shawn, really shown for their clear communication, straightforward approach, and focus on quality work. Rutter is recommended.

We had a great experience with Rutter Roofing. Our project was quite complicated with both a roof and historic cedar shakes being removed and replaced. It was a large project, but Rutter completed it quickly and efficiently. They also did so without sacrificing any quality. We were so impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. It looks like we have a brand new house! The team worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. They also clearly communicated schedules, arrived promptly, and always cleaned up the work areas. Our project manager, Shawn, was amazing. He truly went to great lengths to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He also carefully walked us through all the schedule and communicated any changes or additions before they were made. He checked on the site regularly. Milton was also very professional. He managed his team efficiently and was very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Rutter Roofing! You can't go wrong with this company!

I recently needed a new roof for my home to prep it for a solar installation and had a very positive experience with Rutter Roofing. The salesperson, Horace, was extremely knowledgeable. I could tell he takes great pride in his profession and is passionate about the customer having a good experience. His follow up on my questions throughout the process was excellent. Ron, the project manager, as well as the install team followed through with a very professional job. The on site team protected our landscaping and did a nice job of cleaning up when finished. Ron also came back at the end of the day and the following day to make sure we were happy. Also, I did get a couple of quotes and their pricing was very competitive.
All in all, a very good experience.

We called Rutter roofing for a leak we were having at our house. Brian came out, assessed the situation and fixed our issue. Very thorough explanation of what was needed to correct. Highly recommend!

We love Rutter Roofing. Weve had a number of issues with our Hardy Board siding and deck installed by other vendors which the repaired quickly and efficiently. Both done by project manager C Dillion. We have recommended Rutter to others in our community. A+ business
