I was invited to refer an esteemed colleague. After completing the survey and while writing thoughtful comments the page and then my browser crashed. I attempted the process again and my original comments were not saved. I completed the process again, clicked submit, and the website timed out. Ultimately it took three attempts and ninety minutes to complete the feedback for my associate. A phone call or email would have taken ten. I can't recommend this service, as it was in my opinion kludgy and shoddily executed.

HR says not worth the expense. Doesn't work well. Personally, I found company very inflexible and not helpful.

this is an invasive in appropriate company, I received a nerve wracking phone call stating I had contacted them looking for information on a job. I would have never reached out to them. When questioned on where they got my information "McClain" could not answer the question. Sounds like a phising or scam system.
