        I love going to Bulldog Yoga Malvern. The instructors are wonderful friendly & knowledgeable. The 92 degree temp + 60 minute class length is the perfect combination for me. I have practiced several styles of yoga, and bulldog is my favorite. In 3 months my sweet friend, Tiffany, mentioned that I went from scrawny to brawny from 158 to 172, adding mostly muscle. :)

        I had a heart racing class with Nikki today. Exactly what I needed sweating out all the toxins in my body. Highly recommend Bulldog for your yoga class very welcoming and the all of the instructors are very sweet.

        Bulldog Yoga Malvern and Villanova Do Yoga . If your visiting area this is the studio . The instructors are reputable and challenging . The atmosphere is also inviting - clean and warm . Heat is important and this studio is on Fire . I am personally grateful for the local studio in Malvern . Love the bulldog logo too -
