I came in today is was a complete waste of my time! Im in my first trimester of pregnancy, I had a total of 3 appointments today. One of them being for my son 5, who needed his dental exam form filled out for kindergarten round up coming in April 2024! When I called to schedule I made that very clear! That I needed this form completed. (Side note)My son doctors office had them available for parents. Its clearly that time of year! I go in to the office, they dont have any dental exam forms! thats okay I can pull it up myself. I get the form pulled up, they are trying to rush me out the door and refuse to do the form! No other patients were in the office. She stated I would have to come back in April! For a cleaning! I believe, she told me I had to come back because they are trying to suck money out of my insurance. I have UPMC for you. Its government insurance and because Im in medical billing and coding, I know first hand that government only pays a 3rd of the billed amount. So by scheduling multiple visits they receive more money. You can only bill certain codes at certain times, when it comes to insurance. I called in for a new patient visit and a dental exam. She did a quick, five minute exam on my sons teeth, rushed me out the door and refused to do the dental exam form! I do not recommend complete waste of time. INSURANCE FRAUD! I will be reporting them to the Medical Board as well as my insurance provider to inform them of my concerns about this provider!

Small dentist office, very easy to schedule and work with the receptionist. The office was clean and well-run. Dr. Nosgebe listened to my concerns and was very helpful.
