Take the negative reviews that you see for this business seriously! Yes, they're that bad. To start off, I needed a new headlight, quarter panel, and driver's side door. Once my truck was "done" I noticed the panels below and above my headlight were loose. In addition, my headlight wasn't aligned. I took my truck back for them to look it over again. They said they need to order a new lower panel and that they tightened the top panel. Upon my inspection of the top panel again, it was just as loose as before. They agreed it was loose and said they'll order that part again too. Like ...what convinced them the first time it was even fixed? They did the repairs and I found out that during the repair process, they scratched my newly replaced headlight. What I think happened is when they pried off the lower panel, they used my headlight as a back rest and scratched it several times. In addition, the driver's inner door panel was ridiculously loose. At this point I was working with the manager to get things resolved. The day came where my truck got "fixed" again. I inspected it again and an area of the driver's inner door panel was not flushed with the door as well as it appears to be slightly unaligned. Also...there were still scratches missed on my headlight repair. Do not go to this shop. This shop considers work as done through a 3 second visual inspection standing 15 feet away. The work itself is far from quality. There may very well be no inspections performed (not even the basics). Almost makes you wonder if the good reviews came from people who don't know what to look for. **Update** A few days after work was performed on my truck, my truck would not start. My battery was dead. I recall reading another review of this shop on how they admitted they tend to ruin batteries. I have no doubt they did that to my battery too. Maybe they didn't, but the timing of everything is very suspicious. What a frustrating experience. I have been in touch with my insurance agency. They are aware of my experience and understands my concern. I can not in confidence drive my truck around knowing work ever got to the point of quality. My insurance company felt my pain and extended my truck repair service. I was told I can go to a different shop. Not only am I going to get repair work done from a different shop, but my insurance company even asked the new shop to give my truck a full inspection. I didn't even request this! My insurance just knew that Faulkner Collision is untrustworthy and I need a whole new inspection done on my truck. It's important to note that I found everything that was wrong with my truck. The ONLY damage Faulkner Collision found was literally the 3 foot dents in my panels and the busted headlight. In other words, the only damage they found was what was obvious. Any hidden damage was all found by me. Even working with the manager, quality work still couldn't be done. New management is desperately needed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! **Update** I just heard back from my new repair shop. They told me that the reason why my inner door panel did not have a good fit, was because the Faulkner collision body shop cracked the panel during the repair process, and they tried to glue it together. I have spoken to the manager several times about the poor quality that you get from the mechanic I had working on my truck. Who knows what, if anything will happen to correct the quality issues that come from this body shop.

I went there because paint was peeling off "one" of the hinges on the hood of my Jeep Wrangler WILLYS Unlimited. They said they had to order parts. 10 months later I still hadn't heard from them so I called to check on status of parts. They lost my paperwork because the original guy quit and didn't complete the warranty paperwork. So I go back again for an appointment, drop off the jeep, and they had it for over a month. I was told all the hinges needed replaced and they had to repaint. I get the jeep back and 1 decal missing from tailgate, wrong "WILLYS" decal on the hood, missing bumpers under the bug deflector, rust stain splatters below the windshield frame and plastic part around wiper area, and defect in the paint on passenger side of the hood. I have no confidence in this shop. It's going back in for them to correct everything they messed up. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
