Rite Aid - Closed

I went to this Rite Aid because they had a medication my son needed that was out of stock at my other pharmacy. Rite Aid truly delighted me with their wonderful pharmacy associate Carol. She went about and beyond to make sure my son got his medication and that all of our needs and concerns were addressed. She was a pleasure to interact with and I can't recommend this store enough. I am grateful to them.

EDIT: Ignore the corporate copy/paste reply to my review. They post this message under every critical review, and yet nothing changes or improves. They are more concerned with LOOKING like they care when in fact they do nothing to address the shortcomings of their pharmacy and it's staff. This pharmacy is an absolute joke, to the point they have even lied to me about not receiving prescriptions sent from my doctor. Truly unreal. If you want a competent pharmacy staff with actual manners then I suggest going directly across the street to Acme's pharmacy. They still struggle to keep my particular prescription in stock each month. It's an extremely important medication, and hasn't changed now in years. And yet every 4 weeks, there is an incredibly high chance that I'll get the "OUT OF STOCK" text message. Or they'll flat out tell me my doctor never sent it (she has, and in the past she has had to intervene to help me deal with their nonsense) Generally it takes them days to order it, which boggles the mind because as previously mentioned my prescription has literally stayed the same for years now. Yet every time I try to call to inquire when they'll get more they act like it's the biggest hassle in the world.
