Facility is clean with variety of modern equipment and fitness classes. Keeping senior patients out of the nursing home is owner Larry Mattocks mantra. Its now my personal goal as well.

The staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Larry Mattocks took the time to listen to my concerns and included me in the decision making for my treatment plan. The services were personalized and questions were answered in easily understandable terms. I never felt rushed and was always treated with respect and care.

The CrossFit program is phenomenal! Larry works to find scaleable solutions for all levels and helps manage through injuries. The nutrition coaching through Elizabeth was super informative! She gave me manageable but meaningful steps to achieve my goals. Highly recommend!

First time here and I will go no where else! These are the most ,kind, caring, compassionate , knowledgeable, professional physical therapists! Had knee replacement surgery and they worked with me and encouraged me all along the way! Highly recommend! Thank you, Larry, Colleen and Emily!
