We spent two days calling several different contracters with no return calls. This company answered us right away and schedule the work right away with an affordable price. We had a concrete slab poured for a hot tub and it looks great. The crew was professional and finished short time. I would definitely recommend these folks for any work you need done.

Topp Of The Line was one of the best contractors we ever used. They really brought me and my wife's envision to life for are old concrete patio! Tom (The owner of Top of the line remodeling) And his wife (Amanda) Really helped us design are patio to make it want we wanted and so It could fit in are budget. I was so happy with the way this turned out. Thanks Topp Of The Line Remodeling!

Topp of the Linemore like bottom of the barrel. Positive: Electrical work done by his electrician was quality and timely Negatives: Workers helping themselves to our refrigerator Workers helping themselves to our tools Workers left mess food containers, drink containers, construction materials (every day) Showed up on time twice during the 6 week project. For example, Tom asked to begin work on Saturday at 8 a.m., first worker showed up at 11 a.m. without any materials available to do the work. This happened consistently. Ignored plans, choose to do modifications without asking Framed closet inaccurately, not according to plan, and charged extra money to fix it Children (10 year olds) were consistently brought to worksite and were working Asked for a 5-star Google review in exchange for an upgrade to include baseboards Project never fully completed. Made final payment with expectation for flooring to be completed. Flooring person never showed. Any time plans had to be altered, there was a heated discussion about the way to proceed or he would change them without any regard for our opinion. His contract gave many loopholes for shoddy work and he made sure to remind us of that even threatening to take us to court. Final thoughts: By the halfway point of the project, we just wanted him out of our home. He was very difficult to work with and treated us disrespectfully throughout the process. He was constantly reminding us of his years of professional experience but seemed challenged to come up with solutions with problems arose. I would give a positive review for a contractor who did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for the price he said he would do it for. I cannot say any of those things happened with Tom. We have dealt with many contractors over the years who have earned positive reviews. This experience was not positive. Service: Refurbishment
