In 2012 I took a loan out to by a boat.I paid it off in 2012. In 2020 I decided to sell my boat and found out there is a electric lean on my trailer. I call the number on my paper work and I was told the only way to reach the department to recovery my information was by email they do not have phones.
So I talk to a supervisor because Im disabled and old and not tech smart. And she refused to help me said I had to do the email, so she gave me the email and on purpose she gave me the wrong one .l guess she thought it would be funny .im not laughing, what I want to know who got my banking information I sent.
