Their good at selling you a bed. Just pray nothing goes wrong with it and you need service. Very frustrating. 3.5 hours on phone calls and waiting for call backs. Still waiting. Bed stuck for 4th time in 6 months. I want a Adjustable Base Service Tech NOW. Fix your product. HERE WE ARE ANOTHER YEAR LATER AND BED STILL ISN'T WORKING PROBERLY. ON GOING PROBLEM. I PRESS UP OR DOWN IT GOES DOWN. SAME ISSUES SINCE WE PURCHASED IT. BAD ENGINEERING FOR THE MONEY WE SPENT. STILL BROKE ... NOW THAT I REALLY NEED IT. THANKS, SLEEP NUMBER !! Here we are September, 2023 .... STILL issues with this bed. 3 years and constant issues. And that's when I'm aware ... I don't adjust this bed everyday. BAD DESIGN OR ENGINEERING OR WE JUST HAVE A LEMON.

This is a funny story. I was coming out from the Starbucks and I saw the sign for beds on sale at Sleep Number I said I dont need a new bed my bed is two years old. So I went into the store and came out with a new bed one that will support my whole body. The sales person was OUTSTANDING couldnt ask for a better customer service. She did her job well. Thank you again for your OUTSTANDING customer service. DS.
