Staff is kind, and professional. Facilities are clean. Unfortunately though, I am very disappointed in my experience with this practice regarding how they handle insurance. I asked before my first appointment about my insurance being accepted, to which they said yes. However, it was failed to be explained that they are actually out-of-network for all insurances. They were so kind, and helpful, and did a wonderful job. But the fact is: when it was all said and done, I ended up paying double what I would have needed to. The receptionist was kind and apologetic. Overall it seemed sneaky at worst, or just a very unfortunate misunderstanding at best. Either way, even after it was specifically asked, it was a blunder that cost me quite a bit.

I recommend this dental office. Ive been here twice for annual cleanings. The receptionists are kind and helpful, the hygienist is friendly and gentle, and the dentist seems attentive. I have not needed any procedures done by the dentist, so I can only assume in my brief interaction that hes trustworthy and knowledgeable based on other reviews.
