        My lens fell out of my glasses (that I purchased elsewhere) and I stopped by Eyeland on my way to Giant. They not only fixed it, they cleaned and polished my glasses, no charge. Will consider them for my next eyeglass purchase.

        Was lied to on the phone about their services to get me to come in. After they tried to talk their way out of a lie they tried to sell me glasses anyway....... Go to MyEyeDr or Pearle Vision instead. Much better customer service.

        I was greeted promptly and, after a quick temperature scan, I had time to look over frames for the glasses I planned to order. Collection baskets were located around the room for depositing the frames I tried on so they could be disinfected before they were returned to the shelf. Next, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete. The doctor was efficient during the appointment, and gave tips for preventing my mask from fogging the exam equipment. Finally, they accepted my vision insurance so my new glasses were half the price of my previous pair. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
