        Bought 2 new vehicles at CHarper this year one off Bill Hicks in Belle Vernon and 2nd one off Ray Jones CHarper East. Got great deals in both places. I was amazed at their large selection of cars and trucks. This was my first time at CHarper, if you're looking for a car or truck check out their website. A. Rojas McKeesport Pa.

        I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle for Saturday. Spoke to a salesman on Friday who was supposed to call me Saturday morning before I traveled an hour and a half for my test drive. He didn't reach out to me, I had to call mid morning. I was told that he needed to check in with the manager then would get back to me in a few minutes. 3 hours later and I received a call with him telling me that the truck I was scheduled for was sold this morning! Wow, I feel horrible and disappointed. Follow up: I called the # and spoke to a person who said I would be called back. It's been another day and no resolution or call back...

        An absolute great place to buy a vehicle! Im in Virginia and found the truck I wanted there, reached out to the dealer and got in touch with Josiah Bortlik and Ron Ralph. They provided me with all the information I needed and answered the questions I had. I got things worked out and told them Id be coming to get it and Josiah came in on his day off and picked me up at the airport in the truck! He and I had a great conversation on the way back to the dealership, where I met Ron and was introduced to Shane Kelly in finance. Three really great guys who made my purchase experience a pleasure! I gave Shane my check and we finalized things and back to Virginia in my new truck in no time! Im very impressed with my transaction from start to finish and you can tell these three guys take pride in what they do and are genuinely good people. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from here again and I highly recommend them!!
