        I had a situation about my policy that was confusing to me. A quick phone call was made to ROBIN, leaving her a message. It didnt take a week or even a day for a return call from her. By the end of the day, she straighten me out, which is a challenge for most people :-) She gave me an explanation that I could understand. I was extremely impressed with her promptness, explanation, friendliness and professionalism. I guess thats why my family and I have been their clients for 20+ years. VERY IMPRESSED with Robin and Panichelle Insurance
