Surveys other land owners land for third parties. ill Brought armed man to property he is not hired to survey by actual owner of the property.. Goes on and 9ff no trespassing properties without permission of land owner to survey for third party who is not land owner. Is arrogant and ignorant. Skurts outside of actual Laws to protect owners rights. Destroyed unknown owners physical safety. Disregards renters rights. Does not accurately report to actual landowners that he is hired illegally.

Dave Lentz solved a rather complicated boundary line situation where other surveyors had been propagating errors resulting in a domino-like shifting of property lines on my street. His thorough research has served to prevent ongoing lawsuits between neighbors and to protect the value of their properties.
