        We had an awesome stay at Maple Heights Condominiums. Very nice condo's a must see if you are interested in renting or buying one. I cannot thank Michael Monsour enough for showing up when I had a question or maintenance request. Michael would show up himself and perform the maintenance if need be to keep his clients happy. Very quiet atmosphere and great neighbors. It was just an all around excellent experience. Thanks Michael everything was 5 stars..

        I live here on my mother's street name God rest her soul, the places are beautiful I feel like I'm in Florida again even though Summer is gone pull in your garage walk right into your condo two bedroom two bathroom utility room walking closet can't ask for anything better you can even fix your garage up I put in my garage I got a little putting green and I fixed it up it's like another room I really love it up here very nice place nice people nobody bothers nobody. Will your garbage can to the end of the driveway Wednesday night picked up Thursday morning grass is cut very very nice living accommodations one minute from Walmart and sheetz & Other Accommodations too.

        I could not have asked for a more positive experience with this comfortable and pristine condominium complex. Prior to moving in, Michael Mansour did more than his due diligence in cleaning and updating my unit with brand new wood floors, carpeting, lighting, and more. What was even more impressive was how easy it was to negotiate a furnished unit. Michael went above and beyond in furnishing my unit with brand new furnishings featuring a contemporary style. This is a beautiful complex located conveniently near shopping, restaurants, and more. Michael is a trustworthy and reliable property manager who takes pride in his units. Thank you, Maple Heights!
