Baron Heating & Air Conditioning

Barons installed heat pumps thru the warm program. Fast forward 2 years my one u it that works my downstairs heat pumps quit working a month and a half ago. I call barons to see if they can fix it and they claim they do not know how...... however the manufacturer of the unit I got said it's no more co elicited then any other one. It's just laziness. I have a child at home and tho it's been nice it does get chilly in the early morning and late nights. I don't reccomend this place if u have a heater pump even if they install they won't repair it.

These gentlemen were so prompt and lovely. I will be using this service as long as I am in this house and recommend to anyone who needs a quality repair. Outstanding fellows and great work. Unbelievable service and very nice fellows. Explained everything. 10 out of 10 for service, cost, and my house is toasty warm the same day I called them. Support this business because they support our community.

Larry was great. Came right out on a Sunday and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Reasonable would be an understatement as far as his cost. Highly recommend

WARNING!!!!! Do not use this company!!! Big rip off. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They charge you $90 right off the bat to come out and then does nothing to fix your furnace, leaves and tells you it's working fine. 2 days later you're calling them back for the same issue and then they tell you you need a part when you already payed them $90 the first time they came out. I can bet this company got rich off of charging people $90 and doing nothing for them. Rude, poor customer service. Definitely be spreading the word not to use this company
