        This is the worst bank I have ever banked at, They give you no grace. if you overdraft your account. They are extremely rude especially in the drive through. And they talk to you like you're an idiot. I would not bank at this bank and I would not recommend this bank to anyone

        Yesterday I went to go deposit a large quantity of change into my account, sitting in this pandemic this was something I would do and I always collect my change as a way of saving. I thought they would tell me something different from the first time I went and it was a resounding go take it somewhere else....again. Reasoning "we don't have space because our vault is little and nobody use  pennies or come down here. Ok so this is an old bank, where did they store people's money all these years with so many customers. And of course I know the reason, same as the reason years ago when they approved me for a loan, realized it and took it back. So what do I have to do....go to my main banker of choice. Once again I was grateful for using more than one bank and that bank never had these "hangups" with me. Certain people never realize that their issues are never profitable for someone's company or organization, you never know who you are turning away. Peoples decisions are based on people's actions. My other bank explained once again that they box or bag them up and sometimes ship them out like a bank normally does. Thank you Huntington Bank for excellent customer service. Why do I use this bank you ask, because if I have to use my card online or something I won't be as upset as I would be with my main bank if there is a hack or something, I don't keep as much in this one

        I love my bank, I had a big issue w paypal , 400.00 was taken out of my account unauthorized. They fixed it within 24 hours. Thank you First Common Wealth Bank.
