We have used Mark since 2007 and had a wonderful experience every time. He and his staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

I've used Mark for almost 20 years and have overall been happy with his service, that is until now. Recently my spouse found out from the state tax board that her past 3 years of tax returns where not officially re-submitted after the state requested other items. My spouse signed off on what we thought was the final returns and paid Mark for the services and submissions to the IRS and state. So Mark did not resend to the state and now my spouse is required to re-submit. We have called, emailed multiple time to Marks office with ZERO call backs or emails. We have been trying for over a week. We plan to report his company to the state tax board for fraud since they stole her money and now have to pay another tax preparer to redo the last 3 years and possibly look at legal action. I am a very fair person and extremely disappointed in this outcome.
