Restoration 1 of Chester County

My wife and I recently hired contractors to install a French drain and sump pump in the lower level of our house. While removing floorboards, baseboards and drywall, they discovered a mold issue significant enough that they suggested contacting a specialist, specifically recommending Restoration 1. Although having to conduct a mold remediation was an unexpected cost beyond what we were already paying for the initial project, I can't say enough about how Restoration 1 handled the situation. They arrived quickly, were very professional and courteous, and conducted a thorough remediation over the course of a couple days, carefully explaining what was involved and texting me many pictures that depicted what they discovered in the lower level and where. They then came back briefly on the third day to take instrument readings and ensure the problem had been completely resolved. Afterward, they emailed me a detailed report that included dozens of embedded digital pics taken onsite. Our whole experience with Restoration 1 was extremely positive, and we felt the situation was handled at a reasonable cost as well. I would highly recommend Lori and her team to others who might be interested in a remediation for their homes.

Restoration 1 provided me with outstanding service! Lori, Anthony & the gang have been lifesavers to say the least. I called with an after hours flood emergency & they were one the scene within the hour. Lori Juhring is the best! She is very professional, extremely good at her job & was very comforting throughout the entire process which is important to me as this was a highly stressful ordeal. Lori is the most conscientious person Ive ever encountered in the field of restoration. When you call her out to a job, shes not just trying to find a way to slap a bandaid on a loss and pick up a check. She takes the time to get to the bottom of the issue, and ensures the damage is completely resolved. Beyond that, she takes the time to talk to her clients and fully understand the impact of the loss and how it is affecting their lives.
