We got two new storm doors and an entry door installed by Thompson Creek in south philly. Very recent so I will update if anything changes but the quality seems to be top class. The installation crew was prompt and professional from start to finish, even doing a commendable job cleaning up, with clear attention to detail and care given to the installation.
As with most home projects, we hit some (very minor) road bumps along the way - Thompson Creek was great ensuring that everything was addressed. I was impressed by the overall customer support throughout the process. I highly recommend Thompson Creek for any door or window needs. They are not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for.

In our 25 years of being homeowners, this is one of the most professional and conscientious companies we have ever worked with. They were attentive to every detail, did a great job communicating with us, and delivered a high quality product. We were impressed with every member of the company, from the efficient installation crew to the office staff to our project manager, Rob. For example, when the installation crew discovered two patches of mold growing under the doorframe of our previous door, they replaced the drywall to prevent future problems. Our salesman, Tom, went the extra mile to help us, kindly touching up the paint and adjusting our existing doors to improve the seal. He bent over backwards to get us the best quality for the best price. We were pleased with the entire process and cant recommend Thompson Creek highly enough.
