        On 3/22/23, the driver of a tractor trailer truck delivering very large materials to a construction site on a narrow neighborhood street, damaged my front lawn. On the 22nd the driver stopped and took pictures of the damage. I was also given the name of the general manager, Mike. I called Mike on 3/28 & 3/31, leaving a message both times. I have yet to receive a return phone call. More recently, I sent an email to Builders First Source and the contracting company Kenny Construction Group. Again, I have yet to receive any response to my efforts to communicate with the company. The emails were sent on 5/12 and a follow-up on 5/23. Customer service is tremendously important, and essential when hiring a company. I am beyond disappointed that Mike from Builders First Source has not responded to any of my communications. I would not use this company, if they cannot respond to sincere communications. If they have damaged my lawn and not been willing to discuss rectifying the situation, I can only image how they would interact with honest business transactions. I recommend that you NOT use this company.

        Worst place to work unsafe all the fire extinguisher and emergency doors are blocked they always own you money and the excuse is we working on new system but still not paid you right
