I like it here, very quiet and 24 hour maintenance, can’t hear the neighbors, also have natural gas heat and hot water, the only bills I have are- gas & electric, cable, I’ve been here 10 months and planning on staying. 👍🏻

Terrible place to live! Whenever there is an issue it's almost impossible to get them to come out. Rent keeps going up to "better the complex" ugh yea they aren't doing anything! I've sent messages as to why the rent goes up every year since there is no "upkeep" to my apartment and its issue after issue but never get an answer but if your late on your rent they send court papers out right away! Highly do not recommend!

Need to buy a mattress! Note to self: Brick flyer has one on sale I might check out, next ..see about Leon's and what compares, NOTHING? Call the Brick to ask about financing (twice), both times got two rude females in the credit department, one hung up on me, the other didn't want to be there! Called back ask for SALES ASSOCIATE this time. Spoke with a VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, person (VIRINDER). Set up an appointment to come brows and speak with him. Honestly...If you are looking for a Sales Associate at the Brick this is the man!. Very respectful, patient, helpful...Bought a $4,500 adjustable bed for the price of a quality mattress $2,200 including everything, I feel like I just took advantage of the Brick..haha THANK YOU VIRINDER for being there for a low income, senior, the world needs more ppl like him!
