      image I am a current tenant here and if you are looking for a sign here it is . DO NOT MOVE HERE. The building is infested with bugs and rodents. There are plumbing issues and the landlord is a slumlord that only cares about money and not the happiness of his tenants. Do not waste a dime at this place. I am currently in the processing of moving and I just moved here not too long ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
