I moved into the building in 2015 and into my current apartment in 2019 and just signed a 3 year lease, so obviously I like it here and consider it home! The apartments are quiet, people (and dogs) friendly and location is wonderful. Last but not least the front desk staff are courteous and responsive. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are also very good--although have only had to ask for maintenance twice in 4 years! The building is 100+yrs old so every once in a while there are building problems but they are addressed quickly.

I have lived at The Broderick for over 7 years. It is a great community, conveniently located on Independence Mall with easy access to public transportation. They provide a great concierge staff. The maintenance staff is very prompt and attentive. There is a great common area lounge on the 11th floor. The management, Greystar, also provides great service . Frequent gathering are held in the lounge on the 11th floor to meet your neighbors. Residents of The Broderick are very friendly I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay and live. Surrounded by parks and close to Penns Landing. Very convenient to public transportation. Roomy apartments with large windows that allow in plenty of light. Renovated pre war building. Never a long wait for an elevator. Friendly and accommodating concierge staff. My one concern, living on the south side of the building, is the noise level coming from air conditioning units of the neighbor building... which can be deafening when the apartment windows are open.
