Great experience living here thus far. Amenities are great, and building is always clean. Jasmin & Lin are very approachable with any concerns Ive had during my time here. Still needs some tweaks and touch ups to get some amenities and common areas fully functional, but thats expected with any new building and Jasmin & Lin are addressing these accordingly. Special shoutout to Mara at the front desk. Very personable and always has a smile on her face. She makes the effort to learn the names of tenants and greets us regularly. She really goes above and beyond. She calls me when I have guests coming. She puts my grocery orders in the lobby fridge because she knows Im usually at work when they arrive. I could keep going but I think you get the point. Overall a great person, and clearly cares about her job and providing a great experience for everyone who lives there.

Jessup House is an excellent choice if youre looking for a luxury high rise right in the heart of center city. The building offers great amenities with areas like the gym and coworking space always being well maintained. Amara at the front desk is a valuable asset to the building. Her warm greetings, welcoming demeanor, and efficient handling of deliveries and guests contribute significantly to a positive and organized atmosphere. Overall I would definitely recommend living at Jessup House.
