        Bought a washer and dryer very noisy have to dry items 2x have to put washer on spin to get water out 2x and when I call to get someone to come out to repair they tell me oh he doesn't do repairs everyday only Mondays and Tuesday we will have him give you a call and guess what ,,, no call never will I buy here again nor would I refer anyone here very disappointed with the appliances and the service

        My washer broke down and I havent had it for a year yet the guy Lionel scheduled a pick up for Monday they never showed and he never answered Ive text Ive even called this place no answer now I have to take this matter to a civil court I paid 1100 for my washer and dryer and its a Samsung /smart washer and dryer . My warranty doesnt expire until may ! He attempted to tell me he wanted to take my washer and I had to pay half price for a new one ! I told him absolutely NOT ! I just wanted the washer I paid for fixed ! Do NOT and I mean DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !
