AAA Philadelphia

We're AAA members, and have used their car inspection and repair services for 7 years with positive experiences until 2022. Disappointed to report that our last 2 experiences were not great. I had an inspection appointment and waited there 5 hours to get it done. They confessed that they didn't start on my car until 90 minutes after I arrived. A filter change took 2 hours. In 2022, we needed a tire repair and they had our car for 3 days until we complained and then got it fixed.

I came to the South Philly location to have passport photos taken for my toddler and myself. My toddler did NOT want his picture taken. The staff, especially Kyle, went above and beyond trying to get him to sit and look at the camera. Ultimately, my toddler won the battle but it wasnt for lack of trying. Thank you Kyle and team for your hard work and being so friendly throughout the process!

Very friendly customer service and clean store too! It was quite a few people inside when I arrived and they were still really fast and helpful. Nice location to take of AAA business! I recommend this one.

Wonderful and fast experience here getting a title and registration transfer. You may need to park at Home Depot because the parking was full due to the service center, but otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful and the process went very quickly (10am on a Monday).
