Very professional. Also even though I didnt know I could get a complimentary vehicle he made me aware of this and also made arrangements for me to be picked up from home. My car was also finished in a very timely fashion.

My first service was good. The communication of Ciocca is like a connected mind service. The staff is always on the lookout to see if you're okay or need something...if you looked puzzled or lost or can't figure out the coffee machine. These days many shops are doing video walk arounds to show the car or pictures with details. It helps. I'm aware that scheduling, particular vehicle issues and days can be busy so one isn't expected to be in and out like super speedy. That's normal, and the time was well allotted. It's an enjoyable place to hang out, so if you're in and out too quick, it's great but maybe you wanted to hang back a little longer. I'm looking forward to more service appointments here.

Michael the service advisor and the technician were excellent. Had my second of two complimentary oil change and inspection, was a 5 star experience, great service, quick as well. Highly recommend for anyone in the philly area

Meghan was very helpful and extremely knowledgable. She took the time to explain everything in detail. During my service they even took videos to walk me through all the repairs needed. Great service
