        If I could give zero stars I would. The management team at this branch is a joke. Cassandra told me she was too busy to work with me when I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I tried to file a complaint with her manager Brandon Smith who ignored me for a whole week until I emailed the regional manager. He then left me a voicemail telling me how he was purposely ignoring my calls. I will never ever go to this branch again. My Loan closing was postponed for days which completely messed up my finances more than they already were (the whole point of the loan) terrible terrible experience
