        I can honestly say that this is the best citizens branch. The people working over there are super nice. They are very patient, friendly and professional. Love this place.

        The bank teller Mari is rude and has snarky attitude. When u go there to get change even if they have it they will tell you they dont but if its someone they know they will hand it to them right away. Just do your job dont act like people owe u something because they do not :)

        I opened a checking here at this branch last month and a week ago I opened 10 saving accounts it triggers the security so my bank was frozen leads to closure, i went ro this branch and the Chinese banker seems like she doesnt know anything to answer my questions, I ask her when i can reopen an account again with your bank she shakes her head she doesnt know, I suggest her to call someone higher to get the answers she said no, literally she said know to all the things i bring up , it makes me thinking about she has no knowledge of anything or being lazy to do so, Im not going to this branch again and one more thing if youre Asian other banker agent will push you to the table of that Chinese lady to assist you, horrible experience, useless Chinese banker
