        This location only have the machine with a live teller, doesn't even have a sanitation items to clean the filthy phone and screen. If you need to be attend by a real person don't go there. Other thing, the way is set up doesn't provide any privacy.

        I've been using American heritage federal credit Union since 2013. Whenever I go into the roxborough branch at the shoprite no matter who is working they always go above and beyond. This week I had to go up to have some changes made to my car title after my wife passed away. Both people working offered their condolences. Aliya Tucker also assisted me with loan questions.

        The teller desk at this location is closed, according to the grocery store staff it has been for quite a while. Two ATMs seem to be working, but there are no member services outside of that.
