Honest review: My child went here for 8 months. Didnt have really any major issues. My child moved to pre-school room within the last 2 months of his attendance which was not a good fit in my opinion. No transition meeting even though I requested one. His teacher didnt seem well educated and I often heard her yelling at children. Unfortunately, it just wasnt a good fit for my son. He frequently didnt want to even go which I thought was just normal kid behavior. But now that hes in a different educational environment, I think he was just unhappy there. He literally runs to his class now. I hated that I rarely got feedback from teachers/staff unless it was negative. No updates on learning progress. They stopped taking the kids outside in summer even on not so hot days even though they have a sign that says kids still go out up to a certain temperature. Sometimes I would get daily reports which happen to say the same things multiple days in a row! There facilities are a bit dated compared to neighboring centers. Last, I could never get a receipt when paying cash. It was always a hassle/ or I had to wait days for admin to give a receipt. Started just paying in cashier checks because it was annoying. No online payment available! Yes-in 2022! SMH Overall all, its a safe place and generally fine for infant/younger child care just not great.
