Pleasant staff, never a long wait. Dentist and hygienist are nice, calm, and give great advice on dental work and care.

They tried their best to sell me a deep cleaning service without any logical justification, even though it wasn't necessary. I consulted with another dentist who confirmed this. Additionally, the doctor was very insistent on this unreasonable request and advertisement. I will not be returning.

Always a pleasure. Been coming here for over 20 years. Dr Leavitt has helped me maintain my teeth. Made productive recommendations throughout the years. Office workers are cordial. Just a pleasant visit always.

1 star is to give to the surgery, while the billing discrepency was a big problem. The inappropriate deep cleaning Dr. Leong insisted on is also a problem, stoping me treating my teeth with the clinic in the future. I didn't receive an apology, in contrary, Dr. Leong even lost temper on, and mindlessly and aggresively judged me in person due to a negative review, while the other staff preformed friendly this time. There's a HUGE problem that I suddenly received a lot of scam messages and calls one day after posting a negative review three weeks ago, while I didn't share my personal information on any other new platform. I never recieved scam message so densely in such a short time. I still receive the scam message . It is highly suspicious for leakage of personal infomation. I will do investigation later. I feel very sorry for this situation. I didn't say this clinic or any staff of the clinic definitely did this for now, but just stated first that leakage of personal infomation as retaliation is not only immoral, but illegal. Please don't call me ,also I don't want to make a phone call.

I feel not good to leave a low rate.....but the weird statement before surgery was beyond my tolerance. Also I think it is not acceptable for any patient, although the other stuff are generally good. I recently underwent surgery, and while the surgical procedure itself was good, I encountered some concerning issues before the operation. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Leong made irrelevant statements about my previous review without my permission, including attributing the frequent billing mistakes to my insurance having a waiting period and stating she disliked to treat me......both the content and the timing of the talking were beyond my understanding. I think the doctor shouldn't have made any judgement or have showed anger for a patient's review in person such as stating they didn't feel comfortable to treat me except this case blablabla. especially before the surgery, but consider the whole situation their patience is in because they incorporated into a whole service to the patient. Also it would be professional not say anything unhelpful or irrelevant but also offiensive and mindless to show a doctor's professionism and the sense of boundary. Unfortunately, this doctor didn't have awareness of this at all. It's unexpectedly annoying, means I will not only meet financial issues, but also have mental loss in the clinic now. I can't believe that. Should I still say thanks for the rest part has no problem? Throughout my experience, she displayed a sense of pride in their service, but seemed unwilling to accept any negative feedback or reflect on their work. I found her approach to discussing concerns to be aggressive and dismissive, regardless of the timing or the patient's state. While the surgery itself was professional, I disagreed with the necessity of certain recommendations, such as scaling-deep cleaning, and was frustrated by the associated discomfort and costs. Dr. Leong said it's to prevent getting infected by the bacteria during the subsequent implant due to the injury. My other dentists also told me it was only for people whose teeth were badly damaged. Also during the teeth removal that was actually very invasive, I didn't get infected , since human body has immunity and I can keep cleaning my teeth and taking the antiotic. so even for the common sense of science, the deep cleaning would not be needed. But Dr. Leong seemed very firm to urge me to do that. And alway aggressively ask if I understand that. I felt this behavior was very offensive. Despite being frequently asked by Dr. Leong if I understood the process and billing, I found that there was a lack of clarity and consistency in their explanations and next steps. The clinic's handling of billing mistakes was particularly concerning, and her reaction to negative reviews was unhelpful, and offensive, and even made the situation worse. However, I was relieved that my latest bill was error-free. Furthermore, after leaving a negative review previously, I experienced an influx of scam messages and calls, despite not sharing personal information on any new platforms at the time. Dr. Leong aggressive attitude implied that the patient can''t feel free to give feedback, if it's negative, she will arbiturarily lose temper on the patient anytime they want without rationally reflecting on their own issues. Also this expose cost $250, at least it was the same amount the nurse told me last month, so I felt it's ok for the billing this time, although I was not clearly told about this payment when I made decision to do the implant last Dec. I actually would give 2-3 star to evaluate the experience this time...but I didn't understand to what points Dr. Leong can feel so comfortable and proud to behave like this, so I have to rate 1 star. Hope it can improve to be less self-focused and grow awareness of boundaries between doctor and patients. Also the patients have no duty to usually pay more for the clinic's billing mistakes! The billing mistakes have made it no points to make budgets for treatment anymore.
