Customer service is awesome everyone is always polite. Doctor is attentive to the needs of the patient. Wait time can sometimes be long but that's about anywhere now a days. Overall good place.

Overall, my experience with Affordable Dentures has been okay. The front staff females are attentive and tries to resolve any issues I may have had with my implants. The pricing is affordable compared to other places, but there were it ends, there always seems to be a breakdown regarding pricing and the cost of my crowns and implants. I ended up having to spend more money than I originally was quoted, which was frustrating. The doctor seemed a bit rude and overwhelmed during my procedure she placed the needle so far in my gums that they were sore for a month afterwards. There was always a new dental assistant which suggests to me a high turnover rate. I had to return several times for follow-ups, and each time there seemed to be an issue with my bill. The final straw for me was being told I had a balance remaining even though my previous visit paperwork showed a zero balance. After waiting for two hours, I just paid the extra money to avoid any further hassle. It was a frustrating experience overall. Just be mindful that although affordable, 5K plus an additional 975 + 375 total 6K + everything is la carte, so be prepared to be charged for every little thing and please keep your paperwork for billing because your ledger isnt a true reflection of your cost. They give the appearance of reduced charges and add them back on the back end. Hopefully, I never have to get an implant again, and if I do, I'll probably choose another business. It's not worth the hassle and extra costs. The only way Ill be returning is to visit and say hello to the females at the front desk. Especialmente la que habla espaol

Horrible. Ultimate fit was not the Ultimate Fit. Ultimate Fit should not take 7 months of adjustments. That was telling me the mold was not done properly and the second mold had broken and they still were trying to make adjustments from a broken mold. Just took my product home because they just didn't have enough sense to make a new mold. Not satisfied. Just horrible. Staff is very nice, but one girl at the front desk is very delusional as far customer service. She just say anything to keep you calm and she talks very fast. LOL!!!
