New Master tailor and cleaners

Needed a pair of suit pants tailored / hemmed before a wedding, and so glad I went to this place. Na is a master and an expert. Definitely will be coming back.

They are absolutely amazing people! I dropped off my wedding dress from Kleinfelds 6 years ago, moved to another state and forgot to pick it up! My husband came back yesterday and didnt think they would still have it but miraculously, they kept it for us in pristine condition. This was my fault. I didnt expect them to keep it. I cannot thank the ladies enough for the dedication and care they give to their customers.

I have had alterations done here twice now. Both times the work has been fast and the quality very well. The people there have been very friendly and helpful. I will say that they are a bit pricey, but at least I don't have to worry about getting something that isn't done well. Overall I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have alterations done, but I have never used them as a cleaner so can't speak to that.

Dropped off a $500+ tailoring order 3 weeks ago with a due date of 2 weeks ago. I went out of my way to come by today for pickup one week after it was supposed to be completed and it still wasn't. This has been my go-to for tailoring, but if they are not reliable, I unfortunately will go elsewhere in the future.
