The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because Dr. Wolf was great. I can't say that for anyone else I've encountered in this office. I had a lot of dental work done after an extended period of time without a visit to the dentist. About halfway through all of my work, my insurance was not being billed due to the allotment for the year being used up. Heidi in the billing department knew that I was racking up charges and failed to notify me. The rest of my work was completed without my knowledge of the insurance issue. They then proceeded to tell me AFTER the rest of my work had been done that I now owed $1200. When we questioned the charges, they informed me about the insurance. When i confronted them about them not informing me of my charges, costs and insurance denying payment when they knew about it, Hedi got an attitude and said it was my fault. She told me that I should have asked for that info and that I'm to blame. They never offered any info about the costs of any procedure I had done. Fast forward to now. I haven't been able to make all of my payments on time. When they call me, I inform them when I can make payments. They then call me the next day asking for payment, always with a bad attitude. They have zero regard for their client's finances and lives. You will always be to blame. If you like Dr. Wolf, continue to see her but with caution. Make sure you research the info before going because they will not offer to you.
