Upon meeting John. he seemed nice enough, promise the world to me. They took my 92 year old mother in laws clothes and promised the back in 24 hrs....3 days nothing asked about them again was told tomorrow well its been 8 days still no clothes. was told the lift chair would be cleaned and returned, they don't want to remove it till the claims in. ok fine why not tell me that I could of had a new one and my mother would have been able to get out of the chair. My dads neighbors home caught fire. The smoke damage and smell carried over into my fathers home. The men from Elite assured us professional and swift services and thats what we received. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a fire or the aftermath of one. My dads home was cleaned and you cant smell the smoke any longer. Thank you Elite.
