The Park is the best gym home Ive been to (and Ive been a lot of places). As someone who reluctantly came back to fitness after years away, I am so happy I landed here. Its truly a family feel. People talk to you, encourage and support each other and overall the energy and vibes are unmatched. They offer opportunities to connect outside of fitness as well. Milk and Kah are both awesome. Theyll push you, joke on you, and show mad love all at the same time. This spot is affordable and can be life changing/enhancing if you show up and tap in.

This is hands down the best Gym in Philly! I have been to all the chain locations and nothing tops Gymrassic Park! The price is affordable but the work, tough love & environment is top tier!! Every class is a personal training session just with a group. If you are looking for strength building, transformation and a push you never had before. Head on over and ask for Milk or Kah! Thank me later!

Gymrassic Park was a spot I drove past for a year before I finally bit the bullet and checked out a class. I waited TOO LONG! I am so glad I walked through that garage door. Every single member is truly kind, welcoming and hilarious. You feel like a part of the family from day one. The workouts are HARD. You WILL be challenged. Coach Kah and Coach Milk know how to push your limits and get you the results you want...and they'll still remind you to breathe along the way. Check it out and join the fam!
