        The absolute worst at allowing you to cancel. I am embarrassed for them based on what they make a consumer go through that lives far away from them at this point. Come in, or send a certified letter to cancel a gym membership? Really? There is zero talking to them as a human, they know how much that would cost them if they actually hit a button in their system and allowed people to cancel easily.....crooks.

      Hi there, Troy. Our provided cancellation methods allow us to receive a member's physical signature, which is required to complete the cancellation process per PF privacy policy. That being said, while certified mail is recommended for mail-in cancellation, sending via standard mail is also accepted.If you've been a member with our location for at least 90 days, you could also transfer your membership to a location closer to you and cancel in-person there instead. Membership transfers can be done via the link below:https://transfer.planetfitness.com/
