I went here to try something new and I was pleasantly surprised by the results! I've been trying to tone my abs and after one session, Ellen did what months at the gym couldn't. Went in for the first time not knowing what was going to happen, but Ellen was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. She laid out what was going to happen in the treatmeant, how I was gonna feel, and what to do for the next steps. The session was intense but gratifying. Felt like i did a total ab workout! And the results were noticeable and effective.
