I worked here and it was a nightmare. But let me just say the staff was amazing and I don't want to take that away from them as people. However when it comes to getting a paycheck, don't make any plans cause the owner doesn't care. She'll pay you whenever it's good for her and her reason might be that the STATE didn't pay them yet. The state is never late. Top Choice (Frankford ave) turned out to be my worst choice and I will only say I regretted making the wrong choice when I signed up with this agency. Just know your labor rights and the law which you are protected by the dept of labor. You have to be careful with finding the right agency because they only care about the money. They don't care about your health and wellness. These ppl have blocked my calls and or ignore all of my voice messages and, text messages and emails avoiding me just because I am demanding my money. What business does that. And it only makes me think something is wrong and I am seeing red flags all over them.

Worse home care Ive work for, very irresponsible, they dont answer the phone at all i had emergencies to report for my stepdad and they never responded at all, they dont wanna pay you have to call them every week for them to pay you the worse do not sing up to work for them, they do not pay over time or holidays amd they do not gove you the sign uo bonus they offer do nottt work with this companyb
