Over all it was a pleasant stay. However, my wife and I were out for our date night and when we arrived at the hotel we were expecting a grand lobby at valet. Instead we were able to valet the car but had to walk around the hotel to enter the building. Then we had to talk the elevators to the second floor to check in. There were no clear signs on where to go. Check in was great. The staff was friendly and the process was fast. When we arrived to our room we found that the room was not properly cleaned. There were used slippers by the bed, receipts and a note by the night stand, and a paper coffee cup with lipstick on it by the tv stand along with a shopping bag. We went back to check in desk and they immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a suite. My issues are that the hotel is under construction and it was not mentioned on the website upon booking. It was inconvenient to have to walk around the building with our bags to get into the hotel, and the bar and restaurant advertised were not open. Had I known this in advance, I would have not booked here.

Urban experience fee is a scam, I cant believe it is even legal. Its extremely disrespectful to customers. My complaints are about the business, the staff was fantastic.

A little outdated but the service and cleanliness of the property is excellent. They know how to treat clients and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended
