        Safety on the Roosevelt Blvd. my windshield cracked. Submit in dash cam footage to my insurance. Going to submit to the city also!

        Twice in a month these guys showed up unannounced and subsequently cut power and heat to the entire block without warning. Their post-job cleanup wasn't great either. I don't know if a neighbor hired them or if they were contracted by the city but I learned enough to know I'll never call them for tree services. Next time let the people on the block know that you will be shutting off their electric and heat.. Incompetence and carelessness..
