M&C Contractors

I had a pointing job done in the back of my home by M&C Contractors. On the initial estimate we talk about several projects that needed to be completed. I asked M&C Contractors to get me a written contract with the scope of the job to be done because we talked about several different projects before the job was to be done. I didn't get that until the day they arrived to do the work. The contract didn't included any specifics of the job no measurements at all. One day into the job I was informed of an addition cost that was discussed earlier but not on the contract. When I tried to discuss this with M&C Contractors he got very upset and accused me of "not being a nice person" and " that God wouldn't bless me" and "I was trying to be dishonest'. Then he threaten to chip out all the pointing he had done. I couldn't believe my ears I felt insulted and anger being a black female. Would he have done that to another man? His behavior and lack of respect was very unprofessional and I would not recommended them.

M&C did the masonry at a church out in Philadelphia for us. Pricing was better than competitors and the job was completed quickly for us. The church members are very happy. They did an awesome job and were easy to deal with! We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again! Thanks guys! -SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford

No one seems to answer the phone. I keep getting their voicemail message, stating that their mailbox is full and am unable to reach an actual live person for any assistance. I saw on a previous post made 2yrs ago that the Owner replied that they were having some issues with their phone system at the time. I guess the issue has not since been resolved??
