Kal is the absolute best for whatever is needed. She is a wonderful human and fantastic massage therapist. Cannot recommend her more. Also, try cupping with her, its amazing. Edit: Also had Melissa, she is incredible!!

Renegate Wellness is the best spot for a massage in the city, hands down. I've had multiple massages from both Kal and Melissa, and it is always the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. Five stars all around!!!

I had Melissa as my masseuse and I had an amazing experience. The room was very quiet and calming with quiet music playing in the background. Melissa asked some great questions to make sure the experience was tailored to my needs. She also worked with my husband and was very considerate of his needs due to his health. Would absolutely book again. I booked the 60 minute massage and wish I had booked the 90 minute one!

I received a wonderful 90-min prenatal massage from Melissa and will definitely be back to visit her again. Kal is also wonderful and I would schedule with her if she was available too!
