At the outset, all my thanks and appreciation to Mr. Jordan for the constant communication to solve my problem!! In fact, if you are going to take care of the treatment expenses personally, you will face an exaggerated delay in receiving the bills and refunding the amounts, etc. Also, if the treatment is transferred to Jefferson Hospitals, I do not recommend that for many reasons, including the financial drain, I waited two months for the receipt of the bills and the refund of the amount, which means until I received them, I will complete Two more years!!! Dissatisfied with them and the delay. If I could go back in time I would not deal with them!! A loving advice!! Note: If you have an entity that takes care of the treatment, the situation may be different, but with that, after this experience, they do not deserve it. They must develop and speed up the work. We are in 2021 and everything is via mail and so on!!

One of the, if not The best service ever received. Stephanie was great and very friendly. She helped me get great accommodations for my two week visit and even helped me get some paperwork faxed from my home country the day before surgery. I love this company and the service they provide. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for all your assistance!!
