Chipotle Mexican Grill

Management should be embarrassed. Food is good but yall left one person alone on the line during dinner rush. There were three employees on mobile orders, an unattended grill, three people wandering and clearly helping no one, and two managers who couldnt put it together that they need more people on the line. You dont even have someone on cash, so that poor girl had to deal with angry doordashers too. Get it together and help your team. If I see this next time Im in, I will be going behind the line to help and will have words. Not only are you getting bad reviews but youre losing employees. This is not chipotle culture, so get it together.

The food is good. However, ordering online has been terrible. Some orders haven't been in the system so you have to get in line and reorder. This creates a huge crowd of people waiting 30+ minutes. A few days ago I ordered online again but when I went to pick up the food (10mins late since they're never on time), they were closing. They told me I could request a refund but Chipotle only gave me a coupon for free chips.

The two or so times that Ive ordered from this chipotle Ive had pretty good experiences, the food was good and very fresh too and was made rather quickly when I went and picked it up.

Ordering delivery chipotle from this location is a joke. I have NEVER had an order be correct - the bowls are always made wrong, the sides are always forgotten, etc. The only good thing is chipotle customer service will refund your order for their mess ups every time. I would much rather prefer paying and getting what I ordered, but eating for free everytime I order from here isnt too shabby. The staff here have to be totally incompetent. Have ordered delivery from here at least 20 times over the years.

The food was pretty good. However, there are few things that I have noticed. The tables and chairs need to be clean. Many of the fountain drinks were not available. When this was brought to the attention of the cashier, he stated to wait a moment. Unfortunately, he did not get back with my daughter for her to get the drink she requested. He may have became busy, which is fine. However, customers should know what drinks are available and unavailable. When I stated that I would eat at the restaurant, I was asked to provide proof of vaccination. However, I did see the cashier ask other guests to do the same.
